Am I Still Here?

Wowza. Almost exactly five months since my last update. That's a lot of months. Let's see, since my last post.... I no longer work at Bella pictures. It's been almost three months since that happened. I kind of have a new job now. "Kind of" because I haven't officially started yet. I will be creating websites. Some folks in our church(the secretary and her husband) have a computer business and he doesn't like creating websites. Their son used to do it for them but he took his website-designing knowledge and now makes cussloads of money doing it in Las Vegas. That's where I come in. I'm still kind of learning the whole website-making bit and I don't have to know all the really fancy stuff. Mr. Erwin, (the guy I'll be working for) doesn't put a lot of frills in so I don't need to know that stuff either. In case any of you care, I'll be using Dreamweaver CS3. Because of that, I needed a pc. So, they built me one. I'm actually posting from it right now. I don't have any pictures yet but I might eventually. It's a pc. What else can you say? That's pretty much what's going on these days. To those of you down in Arizona, I'll see you in a week. To those of you in Redding, I see you in a month. To those of you in Pahrump, I'll see you in an hour or two. Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good afternoon.

I'm Baaaaach, er, Baaaaack

Haldo comrades!
Long time no writing. The way I figure it, very few people will ever get around to reading this. Probably you think I finally just rotted away or else moved to Uzbekistan.
This summer has been good so far. I've done a bunch of fun things. We went to Conference, and saw all of our good friends. We saw Zachary, Brenda, and Emily and got to celebrate my birthday with them at the swimming hole. We went down to Phoenix and got to see all of the family down there. Most recently, we went to Ouray. Zachary and Brenda, Katie Ellyn and Justin, we missed you. We did have a great time though and got to fuel Justin and Lindsay's interest in geocaching. Thanks again Grandparents for letting us do that. Only one picture for this post. Maybe more next time.
I also work not a lot each day. I'll work for three hours a day come Tuesday. It's fine, it finances my various enterprises. I also have a Wii. It's a ton of fun. I highly recommend it as a system. Talk to y'all sometime later. Maybe with some more pictures.

Hello Again

Well, it's been a while. I somehow lucked out and was able to update without the new blogger. Sweet. I finally post because of the myriad things to post about.
#1
She's pretty much my favorite niece ever. She's danged cute and I want to see her again.
#2 I got a cell phone. I don't have a picture of it. However, Granddad, you'll be happy to hear it does have a camera.
#3 The '07 thirtieth anniversary action figures are out and I snagged some of the troopers and I'm pretty excited.
#4 I got a driver's license. It was quite possibly one of the most nerve-wracking things that I've done in a while. Now I get to stop driving.
#5 We got a new house. It's pretty sweet. I painted my room with green on the bottom and "white chocolate" on the top. I have a border in between with trees and moosen. You should come see it. More in a couple of months if you're nice.

The Last of a Series: Fireworks and Terrorists

Two words: Power Powers. Katie Ellyn and Justin surprised us by buying a bunch of fireworks for us to do on New Years Eve. I'd never done New Years Eve fireworks before and especially when I wasn't breaking the law by doing big ones. They were great. We had some that blew up under water, some that spun around, some Roman candles, some big ole cussers called super bombs, and some that simply blew up. I personally liked the roman candles a whole dang lot since I had never done them before. Anything that you can hold and that spews flaming balls of stuff is good in my book. The super bombs, also known as power powers, were amazing too. We'd all expected them to be great but they exceeded our expectations. Sadly, none of the pictures that we tried to take worked so I don't have any pictures.
The ones that exploded underwater came in a case that looked like a mortar shell. It looked pretty cool so Pop recommended that I take it home. That sounded like a plan but I asked just to make sure that it'd be okay. Dad said yeah so we went ahead. Just as some background, I had an airsoft pistol and three knives in my suitcase as well as this case so I guess that the airline people had good reason to be nervous. Anyway everything was going fine until we got on the plane and over the intercom someone said, "Will Keith Walker come to the front of the plane please." Well, to make a long story short, I lost my case. The lady that walked Dad out of the terminal and into the place where you checked baggage kept on asking him if he didn't know that he wasn't supposed to take explosives on the plane. There was nothing in it except a glass Dr. Pepper bottle so you would think that the airline people would've noticed that it was empty. Apparently they could read on the package the word explosive and didn't feel like checking it further. I did get to keep my bottle so that was good.
All in all, my trip was very good. Everything was great. Next time you hear from me, I'll give you a regular post. Just think, if I'd done the entire post at once, you'd have read almost eleven hundred words. That number…. Now!

Part 3

We had a good time down in the great ole state that is Texas. Carrollton. Seeing Nanny was good and at her Sack-and-save I got some coconut soda and a Sprite, (both in cool glass bottles.) I played a lot of Star Fox Command on the ds. I got it from a fifty-ish lady in our church who found out that I liked Nintendo stuff. She now gives me her Nintendo magazine after she's finished reading it every month and she game me that game. San Antonio. It was great to see Katie Ellyn and Justin again. We don't see them enough but I'm hoping that that's about to change with their relocation. We exchanged presents with them down there. I got some action figures that I had really been wanting. I also got a metal airsoft gun that came with its very own floodlight. Well, maybe the floodlight was just a piece of paper that said floodlight but that may be just as good since I wouldn't have used it much. We played a lot in the dark so we could be sneaky. Justin says that he got beat up pretty bad but y'all haven't seen Pop yet. He has two hits on his face that makes him look pretty bad. My bravery and courage made it so that I pretty much stayed behind almost closed doors. I didn't get hit very bad though. One of the other great things that happened in San Antonio is the drinking of one of the most disgusting sodas in the world. For Christmas, I got the five pack of holiday sodas. I've only tried the one and that one was Turkey and Gravy soda. Think of the worst drink that you've tasted, multiply that taste by fifty. It was so rancid I can't even give it justice, maybe a picture will. Talk again soon.

The sequel part one

Christmas was great! It was a little odd considering that we didn't leave home for anything. We just hung around and played stuff. My other sweet Christmas present was my very own stormtrooper helmet! Yesssssss! It's amazing. Sure it was a little expensive and sure you can't see or breathe very well but that is entirely beside the point. It's great. I also got a Star Wars novel about Darth Bane, The New Essential guide to Alien Species (one of the dingin' sweetest books in a while), a Geocache wall clock that is very cool, an ornament and a Star Wars snow globe. It has Yoda dressed up in a santa suit and it's great. Here are some pictures for your viewing pleasure. They're mostly for you Katie Ellyn. It was Christmas morning. That's why we're both in our pjs. :)

Part 1: A Series

Goodness, I have a lot to post about. I figured that if I posted it all at one time, y'all would grow extremely bored and possibly not even read it. That being said, I shall post a number of posts in the next chunk of time that I will release every two or three days. You are still welcome to comment on all of them even if they are somewhat difficult to understand. So, here goes.
1) Marley was dead, to begin with. Wait. Wrong story. Well, the events leading up to Christmas were fine. Our Christmas Eve service was very nice. Despite the fact that I had a mild cold, Lauri and I sang "Wise Men Still Adore Him". Mom and some others did a very nice Silent Night Medley. Just between us, Mom's part sounded the best. Dad did a really neat chalk talk about the wise men. Owing to the fact that I'm so wise, I somehow spilled wax on my nice black slacks. Yeah, that was fun. We opened our one present on Christmas Eve and I got Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life from Lauri. It is a fun game even though the play style is kind of weird. Another thing I received on Christmas Eve was a Master Replica's Lightsaber. The kind that you can pretty much whack it up against anything and it won't break. Dad and Mom thought that I'd get more use from it before we left for Dallas if I opened it a day early. It's pretty stinkin' awesome. We watched You've Got Mail and went to bed. More soon.
