The Saga is Complete. Well, not really.

Actually a new saga has pushed it's way (rather beginning) onto special edition dvd. The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe was released today making cinematic history. Or maybe making ye old BBC version mesh with history. We went to Wal-Mart with much anticipation. Usually there's a display of new movies at the front of the store. Sure enough. However, all that I saw was the regular dvd and some Wal-Mart special including a book or something. No special edition. I then went back to the electronics and found what I was looking for. It was a lot more expensive but it was like five times better than the pansy version. The pansy version had four special features: two commentaries and some bloopers and some trivia. The special edition dvd had a whole nother (like how I worked that in there) disc with special features. Not to even mention the fact that compared to the Special Edition, the pansy version just looked, physical appearance this time, like junk. Needless to say, I'm excited. If any of you have not yet seen The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe, you should see it.
Besides that, the only really cool thing that has happened is the fact that Mom's home from Valwood's 50th anniversary shindig. Pretty much just school. To give you something to say on your comment, (for those of you who have seen it) who was your favorite character or what was your favorite part of the movie. For those of you who haven't seen it, why not?

Good Post about Special Editions! I don't know too much about that stuff because I have never seen it. Anyway, have a great night!

Woooo hooooo! Huzzah for The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe!! I'm so excited to watch it. I guess my favorite was probably the beavers... it's hard to say though. I need to see it again before I make a final decision. I think though that my favorite of the Pevensies would have to be Susan. Even though she comes to a sad end in The Last Battle. When are we going to watch it?

What exactly is your reasoning for putting the exact same post twice?
My favorite part was when Lucy ran into Mr.Tumnus for the first time. I thought it was pretty funny him being confused about the handshake. Are they going to make the others into movies?

I have not seen it. I don't know why not. But it was cool how you said "whole nother".

Do you have a poster for the movie? I have some small ones given to me by one of our school librarians. I would be happy to give one to you next time you are here if you would like.

The beavers! It has to be the beavers! They're my favorite. I think they are the most spiritual because they totally accept Aslan as the true ruler of Narnia and look to him to ultimately set things right. I love 'em!
