I still don't have Christmas pictures on my lappy yet, so you can go see Brenda's blog for images of the festivities.
We did have a great time hanging out with everyone. The Christmas Eve services were nice. The second much nicer than the first since there were only a quarter as many people. The family went to the first service, but there was no room for them in the inn. There was a nice stable though. Maybe not. However, we did have so many people that we put chairs on the stage so that there would be extra places to sit. Good stuff.
Last night, the Wilsons and the Suttons came over to play games and help us usher in the new year. We played Wildfire (an entertaining domino game that they had recently discovered) and Minnesota Farkle (which is actually not a drinking game, contrary to previous supposition.) It was fun hanging out and freaking out the dog with poppers.
It's still nice to be off of school. I've had a good time visiting, playing video games, reading (I've read roughly three books so far), and not having to worry about homeworky stuff.
For your viewing pleasure, here's a picture of a past old year.
